Smart Materials for Energy, Communications and SecurityThis volume, edited by Igor A. Luk'yanchuk and  Daoud Mezzane in Springer Verlag is a result of the NATO Advanced Research Workshop "SMECS"  held in Marrakech, Morocco, December 2007 in frame of the NATO - Science for Peace program.
